SPINACH SAUCE FOR GNOCCHI
Requires:
1 16oz package of Seabrook Farms Creamed Spinach
1/4 clove of Garlic, mashed
cayenne pepper
COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Cook Seabrook Creamed Spinach by boiling 14 minutes. Add garlic and dash of pepper, or season with nutmeg. Serve on hot gnocchi.
Note: Cooked product will be hot; handle with care -- Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
