LOW CALORIE SPINACH SOUFFLE
1 package Seabrook Farms Creamed Spinach
4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Dash of Nutmeg
Defrost Seabrook Creamed Spinach by boiling 6 minutes. Season with nutmeg. Beat egg whites stiff with cream of tartar. Fold carefully into spinach and bake in a 1-quart souffle dish in a moderate oven (350 degrees F) until mixture is well puffed, about 30 minutes.
Serve at once.
