1                    Package Seabrook Creamed Spinach

Tabasco Sauce

4                    eggs

Salt & Pepper


Defrost Seabrook Creamed Spinach by boiling 6 minutes.  Spoon spinach around edges of 2 buttered individual casseroles.  Break 2 eggs into each casserole.  Season eggs with dashes of Tabasco and salt and pepper.

Bake in a moderate oven (350°F.) until egg white is set 12 to 15 minutes.

Serves 2 as a main dish.
